If you already sent your payment to your previous servicer, don’t worry, all payments will be forwarded to RoundPoint and applied to your account.

Yes, you will receive a billing statement. You can expect to receive your first statement about two weeks after your account information has been boarded.

No, recurring monthly payments already setup with your previous servicer will not transfer to RoundPoint.

Social Security Number (SSN)
Bank Account Information

RoundPoint offers a variety of payment options:

SET UP RECURRING MONTHLY PAYMENTS 
Set up recurring monthly payments on our website or over the phone with one of our customer service representatives.

* This payment option is completely FREE of charge.

PAY BY PHONE
Call 877-426-8805 to make a one-time payment.

* There is a $10.00 convenience fee for payments made through our automated phone system.
* There is a $12.00 convenience fee for payments made with a Customer Service Representative.

PAY ONLINE
Use RoundPoint Online to set up and manage one-time or recurring monthly payments.

* This payment option is completely FREE of charge.

PAY BY MONEYGRAM
Make cash payments at any MoneyGram location. Please have your loan number and the receiver code available when completing the transaction. The receiver code is 7302.

*There is a $9.50 fee at Wal-Mart and a $9.99 fee at all other MoneyGram locations. Please visit www.moneygram.com for more information.

Setting up your RoundPoint Online Account is easy and secure. To establish a new user ID and password, click on Register User ID/Password.

You will need the following information to complete the setup process:

Primary Loan Number
Social Security Number (SSN)
Email Address

With a RoundPoint Online Account you will have access to your account information when you need it. You will be able to review up-to-date loan activity, escrow information, year-end information, and much more.

In addition to your RoundPoint Online Account, you may also obtain up-to-date loan activity, escrow information, payment information, and much more through our automated phone system. Simply call 877-426-8805, enter your account information, and select the main menu option.
