Payment Options

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation wants to make your most important financial obligation -- making your mortgage payment on time -- as easy as possible. Therefore, we have a number of ways for you to make your payments (and are adding more payment services for our customers all the time!) If you are having trouble making your payments, click here.

Automatic Monthly Payments:
Using the ACH (Automated Clearing House) method, your payments are automatically deducted every month from your bank account on the date that you choose. No more checks to mail, stamps to buy, or due dates to worry about! To sign up for this service, please fill out this short ACH application and mail or fax it back with the supporting documents.

We will notify you in writing which month's payment will begin your ACH service. Please continue to make your normal mortgage payments until you receive a confirmation letter from RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation.

To pay online:
Make a payment at your convenience with our One-Time Payment option. Make a one-time payment using your bank account (Checking or Savings) information by clicking here. Once an account is created, you can make payments, view your One-Time Payment history and set up future payments up to 30 days in advance.

We offer same business day posting* for funds transferred from your bank account. There is a $10.00 convenience fee for this service.

* Payments scheduled prior to 8:00 PM ET will be applied to your account on the same business day. Payments scheduled after 8:00 PM will be applied on the following business day. Payments scheduled on weekends and holidays will be processed in the next business cycle.

To pay by phone:
Make a One-Time Payment by just picking up the phone. Contact us at: (877) 426-8805

Have your bank account information available when calling. There is an $12.00 convenience fee for the service provided by phone.

To pay by mail:
Please complete and detach the payment coupon at the bottom of your monthly statement and mail your payment using the pre-addressed envelope. If you have misplaced it or did not receive your statement, please send your check, including your loan number on the memo line, to:

To pay via overnight mail:
Overnight couriers, such as FedEx and UPS, will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use this address when selecting such a courier:
