Customer CareNet User’s Overview
The following guide will assist you with registration and use of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Customer CareNet (CCN) website tool.
Customer CareNet will allow you to:
· View your current loan information
· Review all the loan transactions that have been applied to your loan
· Review the escrow balance and setup if applicable
· Review the total amount of property tax and interest paid last year
· Opt in or out of receiving your annual 1098 electronically
· Print out a substitute 1098 for previous year(s) if applicable
· Contact customer support on selected topics.
Customer CareNet is only one way to get information about your loan, if you have any questions about your loan you can still contact a Customer Service Representative via the Customer Support number listed in your monthly statement.
Accessing Customer CareNet is done through the RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing website (http://www.rpmservicing.com). There is an initial self-service registration process which needs to be completed in order to establish your CCN login.

CCN Login Screen

If you have setup a CCN account already, enter your User ID and Password then click the ‘sign in to account’ button to access CCN.
If this if your first time using the tool you will need to create a CCN account by clicking the ‘Register User ID/Password’ link.
New Account Registration
Use this screen to create your CCN account

User ID: Enter a ‘User ID’ that you will use to log into CCN
Password: Enter a password for your account; minimum of 8 characters with at least 1 capital and 1 numeric character
Primary Loan Number: Enter your primary RPMS loan number
SSN/TIN: Enter your social security number or tax identification number
Email Address: Enter a valid email address. CCN will use this email address to confirm your registration and future changes.
Security Questions: Select 3 security questions and provide answers for those questions. The security questions will be used when using the ‘Forgot password/User ID’ options.

After logging into CCN you will be directed to the ‘Loan Servicing Center’ page

Personal Preferences: ‘Change Password’, ‘Change Security Q&A’, ‘Add/Remove/Change Primary Loan’, 'Change Email Address’ (email address associated with the CCN account)
Loan Servicing Center: Return to initial Loan Servicing Center page
Current Loan Info: Current loan detail information screen
Loan Activity: All loan transaction details
Escrow Information: Current escrow setup details
Tax and Interest: View total taxes paid last year
Year End Statement: Available Year End Statements
Contact Us: Send secure email message to customer service about selected topics
Personal Preferences
On this page, you will find options to change your personal information. Also through the Personal Preferences page, you are able to Add/Remove a loan if you have multiple loans with us.

Current Loan Info
On this page, you will find a summary of information that is applicable to your loan. The sections in this area are tailored specifically for you loan.

Loan Activity
On this page, you will find details about all transactions that have been applied to your loan. Transactions include but are not limited to: Payments, Escrows Paid, Late Charges, etc.

Escrow Information
On this page, you will find details about your Escrow setup and balances as applicable.

Tax and Interest
On this page, you will find the total amount of property taxes and interest paid last year.

Year End Statement
On this page, you will find the prior two years of tax information (if applicable). You can opt in or out of receiving your 1098 electronically. You can also print out substitution 1098 forms.

Use the ‘Authorization to Receive IRS 1098 Form Electronically’ link to opt in or out of receiving your IRS 1098 form electronically. You will need to reenter your User ID and Password to confirm your consent.
