RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation
The RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation (RPMS) management team was formed from seasoned mortgage servicing professionals, default experts and loan specialists from the Charlotte-area and across the U.S. Collectively, our management team has an abundance of loan servicing experience.
Prior to the management team joining RoundPoint, they've worked with distinction in organizations such as Freddie Mac, GreenPoint, GMAC, and Citi Mortgage. In addition, members of our management team have served on the Fannie Mae default advisory committees, the USFN servicer advisory board, and on a number of panels at the USFN and MBA discussing default related topics.
Key members of the RoundPoint management team include:
Dave Worrall is President of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Prior to joining RoundPoint, Mr. Worrall was a Director with CitiMortgage's, the fourth largest lender in the U.S., where he had direct responsibility for loss mitigation on Citi's risk-owned portfolio, master servicing and sub-servicing relationships. Prior to joining CitiMortgage, Mr. Worrall worked for Fannie Mae as Vice President of Operations for its National Servicing Organization. In this position Mr. Worrall led Fannie Mae's loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, servicing oversight, technology, compliance and servicing policy functions. He also played key roles in the development of various government programs including HAMP, 2MP and HAFA. Before joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Worrall held senior roles at Rescap and GMAC-RFC.
Steve Bashmakov serves as Chief Financial Officer for RoundPoint Financial Group. Prior to joining RoundPoint, Mr. Bashmakov was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Residential Credit Solutions in Dallas, TX. Mr. Bashmakov also spent 2 years as Chief Financial Officer and a Board member at ResMor Trust and GMAC Residential Funding of Canada, Canadian subsidiaries of GMAC Inc. and ResCap LLC. He was responsible for stabilizing Canadian operations by merging the two entities and deleveraging the balance sheet while obtaining a bank license as an alternative sourcing of funding. During his tenure ResMor Trust converted to a bank and launched Ally Bank in Canada. Mr. Bashmakov brings a wealth of mortgage experience and mortgage industry regulatory perspective. Mr. Bashmakov also spent 4 years at ResCap in a number of senior roles including Director of Investor Relations.
Brad Johnson serves as Senior Vice President over the Loss Mitigation Portfolio Management for RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Prior to joining RoundPoint, Mr. Johnson served as a Vice President of CitiMortgage's CHAP bank, where he had direct responsibility for loss mitigation strategy and oversight on Citi's risk-owned portfolio and sub-servicing relationships. Prior to joining CitiMortgage, Mr. Johnson worked for Fannie Mae as a Senior Portfolio Manager for FNMA's National Servicing Organization, where he was responsible for servicing execution and performance on many of Fannie Mae's Mega Servicers and Special Servicers.
