The RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation management team was formed from seasoned mortgage servicing professionals, default experts and loan specialists from the Charlotte-area and across the U.S. Collectively, our management team has an abundance of loan servicing experience.

Prior to the management team joining RoundPoint, they've worked with distinction in organizations such as Freddie Mac, GreenPoint, GMAC, and Citi Mortgage. In addition, members of our management team have served on the Fannie Mae default advisory committees, the USFN servicer advisory board, and on a number of panels at the USFN and MBA discussing default related topics.

Vickie Lester is President of Mortgage Servicing at RoundPoint Financial Group. Mrs. Lester is an industry veteran with over 25 years experience and is responsible for managing all loan administration services. Prior to joining RoundPoint Financial Group, Mrs. Lester was a Vice President of Loss Mitigation at Citi Mortgage and a senior executive at ABN AMRO Mortgage Group where she represented the company as a member of the Fidelity Default Committee for over a decade. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Elmhurst College and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Kevin Brungardt is the Chief Executive Officer at RoundPoint Financial Group. Over 15 years of broad executive leadership experience, directly managing all major functions of the mortgage business at the national level. Prior to joining RoundPoint he served as managing director for Citi Mortgage where he was head of national fulfillment operations and as Vice President for Fannie Mae for its National Servicing Organization.

Tyler Piercy is the Chief Financial Officer at RoundPoint Financial Group. Mr. Piercy has been on the Board of Directors of the company since its inception and is responsible for its day-to-day financial management. Prior to joining RoundPoint Financial Group, Mr. Piercy was CFO of HotspotFX, the first on-line anonymous Foreign Exchange trading platform and worked in the audit and tax practices of KMPG. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from University of Central Florida and an MBA in Finance from Rollins College.

Beji Varghese is Chief Operations Officer of RoundPoint Financial Group. Mr. Varghese is responsible for direction and development of RoundPoint Financial Group’s world class infrastructure. Prior to joining RoundPoint Financial Group, Mr. Varghese was a Director at Navigant Consulting, where he was responsible for development of their Financial Services practice and at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he was responsible for overall practice management and client service activities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree from Emory University.

Nick Florez Tenured mortgage professional with over 15 years originations experience. Prior to joining RoundPoint, he was the founder and President of Meridias Capital, a robust lending platform with over 500 employees and annual loan production in excess of $2 B.

Shaun Ahmad is President of Capital Markets at RoundPoint Financial Group. Mr. Ahmad is responsible for all investment, trading, asset management and capital markets activities of the firm. Since joining RoundPoint Financial Group, Mr. Ahmad has managed a $314 million principal position and played an integral role in developing the company’s special servicing and origination platforms by adding a capital markets approach to loss mitigation activities. Prior to joining RoundPoint Financial Group, Mr. Ahmad was a senior member of the Global Structured Products team at Banc of America Securities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the Johns Hopkins University.
